R. David Fritz, Jr. CLU

Prior to founding the Executive Benefits Network, R. David Fritz, Jr., CLU was associated with a national executive benefit firm specializing in the design, funding, securing and administration of nonqualified deferred compensation plans and Bank Owned Life Insurance programs.
Mr. Fritz is a nineteen year veteran of the financial services industry and is a financial representative with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.
He is a frequent speaker across the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as an expert in the area of nonqualified executive benefit plans and Bank Owned Life Insurance programs.
Mr. Fritz is married to Molly and has six children. He is an alumnus of Williams College of Massachusetts where he specialized in History and Finance. He is President of the Milwaukee Winter Club Youth Hockey Organization, past-President of the University School of Milwaukee Alumni Board and is a current board member of Prevent Blindness of Wisconsin and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Foundation. He is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the Court of the Table. |

Patrick J. Marget, J.D., CPA, CFP®, CLU

Patrick J. Marget is a J.D., CPA, Certified Financial Planner and CLU.
Prior to entering the financial services industry, Mr. Marget worked for three years as a senior accountant in audit for KPMG in the bank service area and for five years as an attorney for Michael
Best & Friedrich LLP where he concentrated his practice in general corporate and securities law.
After earning his Bachelors Degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, he received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Iowa College of Law.
Patrick is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and The Milwaukee Estate Counselors Forum, and also serves on the Board of Directors of a bank in Iowa and a private company
he co-founded in Wisconsin. In addition, he has presented at the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Annual Estate Planning Update Seminar on “Understanding Life Insurance.” Mr. Marget lives in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin with his wife Jill and three children. |

Thomas W. Buettner, CLU

Prior to joining EBN, Mr. Buettner spent eleven years in the media industry as a sales manager for cable television systems and radio stations.
He specialized in working with businesses to maximize their marketing and growth strategies.
Mr. Buettner also works with successful professionals on their personal plan for creating and preserving wealth.
He earned his B.S. from Babson College in Wellesley, MA where he majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies.
Mr. Buettner works with private companies and their executives to design creative solutions for estate planning, business succession planning and executive compensation planning.
Mr. Buettner knows that for the business owner, their personal finances are often tied to the success of the company, thus Mr. Buettner also works with successful professionals on their personal plan for creating and
preserving wealth. Mr. Buettner lives in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin with his wife Maureen and their two children.

John Anderson, CPA

Prior to joining EBN, Mr. Anderson worked for Clark Consulting as a Senior Consultant focused on the design, implementation, and administration of nonqualified executive benefit plans that often included the use of Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) financing strategies. Prior to joining Clark, Mr. Anderson worked as a Partner at the accounting firm of Virchow, Krause and Company focusing his time in working with financial institutions such as community banks. Prior to his accounting career, John was the CEO of Bankers Service Corporation, a subsidiary of Bankers Bank Wisconsin located in Madison, WI. Mr. Anderson’s specialties included mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and other bank consulting throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. John is married to Diane and they have two children and four grandchildren.

Lisa A. Oddis

Ms. Oddis joined the Executive Benefits Network in 2000.
She holds all state insurance licenses and is Series 6 and 63 licensed.
Ms. Oddis’ responsibilities include overseeing the implementation, administration and service of all corporate plans.
Ms. Oddis a sixteen year veteran of the administrative and clinical sides of the medical field as a licensed Medical Assistant.
Her medical background is a valuable tool as it relates to insurance underwriting.

Katherine D. Godersky, MBA

Kati joined EBN in 2005 and comes from a corporate finance background, having worked for over ten years in the corporate finance departments of Tenneco Automotive and S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc.
where her responsibilities and specialties included treasury management, domestic and international cash management, financial analysis and reporting, capital structure planning and currency management.
Kati received her Bachelor’s Degree, summa cum laude, from Carroll College and her MBA, with honors, from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
She holds all state insurance licenses as well as Series 6, 26 and 63 licenses.
Kati is responsible for the creation of plan illustrations, preparation of all accounting entries related to BOLI and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, as well as preparation of all corporate and
Bank Owned Life Insurance presentation materials.

Earl S. Leyda

Earl joined the EBN team in January 2007.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1995 and his Master’s Degree in 1997 from Purdue University.
He has worked as an assistant with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since 2003.
In that role he gained extensive experience in the individual Life, Disability and Retirement markets maintaining client accounts.
Earl’s current responsibilities include supporting EBN’s corporate service team and maintaining the firm’s technology infrastructure.
He holds all state insurance licenses.

Ms. Legler serves as a liaison between EBN’s proposal and implementation teams.
She also assists in the personal financial planning component of EBN’s services. She has been part of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since 1995 and holds all state insurance licenses.

Shawn M. Jacques

Shawn joined the EBN team in November 2007. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in accounting in 2003 from Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. Prior to joining EBN, Shawn was a Fund Accountant at U.S. Bank in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He holds all state insurance licenses as well as Series 6 and 63 licenses. Shawn is responsible for the creation of plan designs and illustrations, preparation of accounting entries related to BOLI and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, as well as the preparation of Corporate and Bank Owned Life Insurance presentation materials, implementation documentation, and compliance documents.

Kim joined EBN in February 2008 as an Associate Financial Representative. Kim holds all state insurance licenses and has been part of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since May 2007. Kim’s responsibilities include: assisting with the implementation of BOLI and COLI plans, expediting underwriting requirements, the organization of Patrick Marget’s team including the marketing, servicing, and maintenance of client relationships.
