Joe B. Jones

Joe B. Jones is an twenty year veteran of the financial services industry.
He has spent twelve years associated with the Todd Organization of St. Louis, LLC.
He has authored articles that have been published in American Banker, Bank News, and Bankers Online.
Joe has appeared as a guest instructor for numerous organization including Securities Institute Association, Robert W. Baird, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network,
MassMutual Financial, New England Financial, Kansas University Law School, University of Missouri-Kansas City Law School, and various regional financial services
organizations.
Mr. Jones lives in Lawrence, KS with his wife Nancy and three children.
He is a member and current Kansas State Captain for The Association of Advanced Life Underwriters.
He is also a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
Mr. Jones sits on several bank advisor boards and is the Treasurer for Bishop Seabury.
He is currently working with numerous Fortune 1000 companies on security and communication issues surrounding current executive benefit programs |

Steven J. Terbovich, MBA, CLU, ChFC

Steven J. Terbovich is a twenty-two year veteran of the financial services industry.
He spent eighteen years in the banking industry as a senior officer and board member of several banks
in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area. While in banking he served as Chairman of the Board The
Greater Kansas City Clearing House, and the President of the local chapter of the Bank Administration
Institute. He left banking seven years ago to join the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.
He joined EBN as a senior analyst for bank profitability strategies and liaison to the Federal Reserve.
He graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1969 with a degree in Chemistry and Math.
He also completed his MBA at Central Missouri State University in 1973.
He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Kansas City Kansas Chamber of Commerce.
He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Wyandotte County Chapter of the American Red Cross and a
Board Member of the Greater Kansas City YMCA.
Mr. Terbovich lives in Lake Quivira, Kansas with his wife and daughter Mindy.
He is currently working with many banks, bankers, large trusts, and corporate officers with
their planning needs. |

John M. Charnes, Ph.D, MBA

Dr. John M. Charnes is a consultant to EBN and a professor in the Finance, Economics, and Decision Sciences Area in the
University of Kansas School of Business.
Dr. Charnes has taught courses in risk analysis, statistics, operations, quality management, and finance in the business
schools of the University of Miami (Florida), University of Washington (Seattle), University of Minnesota (Minneapolis),
and Hamline University (St. Paul).
He has published papers on risk analysis, statistics, and other topics in American Banker,
Journal of Applied Corporate Finance, Financial Analysts Journal, The American Statistician, Management Science,
Decision Sciences, Computers and Operation Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society,
Journal of Business Logistics, and Proceedings of the Winter Simulation Conference.
He has performed research, consulting, and executive education for more than fifty corporations and other
organizations in Kansas, Missouri, Washington, Minnesota, and Florida.
Dr. Charnes holds the Ph.D. (1989), MBA (1983), and Bachelor of Civil Engineering (1980) degrees from the University of
Minnesota. Before earning his doctorate, he worked as a surveyor, draftsman, field engineer, and quality-control engineer
on numerous construction projects in Minnesota, Iowa, and Maryland.
He is past President of the Institute for Operations Research and the
Management Sciences (INFORMS) College on Simulation, and has served as Program Chair and
Proceedings Editor the Winter Simulation Conference.

Robert A. Schehrer, CPA

Robert A. Schehrer obtained his accounting education from Washburn University of Topeka,
Kansas and Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Missouri.
He met the requirements to become a Certified Public Accountant in 1968.
Mr. Schehrer began his accounting career as a staff accountant and later became the senior
partner of Schehrer, Bennett, & Lowenthal where he practiced public accounting for thirty three years.
He served many clients by providing them with services in accounting, auditing and taxation.
His client base included several in the banking industry where he provided help to these clients with
taxation issues, income tax return preparation and compliance auditing to meet the requirements of
state regulatory authority.
Mr. Schehrer served on the Board of Directors of Lawrence Savings Association and the Advisory Board of
Columbia Savings/ First Financial Savings.
Currently Mr. Schehrer provides a select group of clients with tax planning and financial services.
He is a member of the American Institute and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. |

Bruce W. Scott

Bruce Scott specializes in the banking industry for Bank Owned Life Insurance issues. Bruce has twenty five years of sales experience with a special focus in the Midwest Region. He will focus on client relationships and servicing of complex compensation plans. Bruce is a graduate of Kansas State University where he attended after playing basketball at North Idaho Junior College.
Bruce lives in Lawrence, KS and is married to Betsy Lienhard. The have three children Jessica, Ryan, and Cody.

Nancy A. Jones

Nancy specializes in helping bank client’s structure executive disability and long term care programs. Her experience and service in this specialty has helped many banks to retain top quality executive talent.
Nancy helps to communicate and monitor the value of these benefits with on site meetings and seminars. Her focus is the Midwest Community banks in Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado.

Ashley L. Woodward
Associate Financial Representative

Ashley Woodward joined EBN in January of 2004 as an Associate Financial Representative. Her duties at EBN include executing Implementation Services for our Banking and Corporate Clients, preparing presentation materials for Board Meetings, and servicing policies owned by our clients.
Miss Woodward qualified for the International DECA Competition both her junior and senior years of high school.
She graduated from Johnson County Community College in December 2005, with an Associates of Arts degree. She is currently working towards her bachelors in Business Administration at Franklin University.

Jake Stoetzner, J.D.

Jake T. Stoetzner, J.D., offers a diverse combination of legal and financial knowledge to find innovative solutions for banks, corporations and individuals. Mr. Stoetznerprimarily concentrates
on estate and tax issues that challenge successful businesses and executives, in addition to designing and implementing successful benefit strategies.
Prior to joining Executive Benefits Network, Mr. Stoetznerworked as an attorney for The State of Michigan, focusing on complex civil and criminal matters. Mr. Stoetznerreceived his law degree,
summa cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is currently admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri and Texas. Mr. Stoetzneralso earned his bachelor of science in mechanical
engineering from The University of Tulsa, where he played football for the Golden Hurricane for four years.
He currently lives in Lawrence, KS with his wife, Dr. Kelli Henderson.
